HOGAN and Kristy Jackson have collaborated on a number of projects over the past 8 years.
In 2012 HOGAN and Kristy joined forces again to work on the development of "Astro Joey & The Cosmic Rays," a virtual band that travels the cosmos swinging on the notes and lessons of life.
Although at times they collaborate in the songwriting domain, they also get into ithe groove of Jackson's melodies and HOGAN'S visual interpretation of the rhythms and beats of the tunes. Soon fthey found themselves on the way to creating their first album and DVD for Astro Joey & The Cosmic Rays.
Jackson has written songs for Grammy arists such as Reba McIntyre and collaborated with "The jingle man" Evan Olson ( Law & Order & Sex in the City) In search of a happy, easy and light children's song, Jackson, Olsen and Mashburne all based in The USA, collaborated with Hogan on their song "One Big Family" The song was written and produced in The USA, sent over to Hogan, who visually interpreted the tune.
In the Illustration process HOGAN puts on her stereophonic Cans listening to the music and allowing the natural rhythm of the song to be converted through her pen to the page.
