Bevo : The gentleman of AFL Football

If one has followed Luke Beveridges AFL coacing journey, it was clear to see that he elicited belief and respect from his players.. He was the development Manager at Collingwood when Mick Malthouse was there. Beveridge resigned in 2010, after Mick ws replaced by Nathan Buckly, and Luke headed to Hawthorn to be an understudy with Alistor Clarke. Luke Beveridge was appointed the Head coach of the Doggies in 2015. In 2016 he transformed his little Pups into BullGods to win the 2016 Grand final. With the spiritual leader of the club Bob Murphy, injured and unable to play in the winning Grandfinal, Luke Beveridge, called him onto the stage in the middle of the MCG and gave Bob his grandfinal coaching medal. What a win, what a gesture what an emotional winning victory. This Grand Final will be hard to beat as one of the greatest fairy tale stories in the history of the game. On ya Bevo !!
